Alan Betts

With a background which includes 20 years in Financial Services, Alan has lectured to all levels of University students and has served as an Executive trainer for some of the world's top companies. Alan founded HT2 back in 2000 and remains Managing Director today.

Alan holds an MA in Human Resources Management, is a visiting professor at the University of San Diego, an associate of Warwick Business School, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, a doctoral researcher at Warwick University and an internationally published author.

Ben Betts

With a decade of experience designing, developing and managing E-Learning projects, Ben oversees the day-to-day operations of HT2 and leads instructional and interface design on most projects. He attended the University of Exeter, studying Business Management, before leaving to pursue his website development company. This company was subsequently bought by HT2.

Ben holds an MBA,specialising in Organisational Change, from the University of Liverpool and is currently a Research Engineer at the International Digital Laboratory, University of Warwick, where he is researching for an EngD (Engineering Doctorate) in E-learning.

Barbara Betts

Rounding out a family affair, Barbara currently serves as HT2's Finance Director. With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Barbara has served as a Director and Financial Secretary to 4 companies over the past 10 years and holds responsibility for the financial wellbeing of HT2. Barbara also finds the time to produce delicious cupcakes....

James Mullaney

James' core skills lie in the design and development of standards compliant interfaces and interactions. Skilled in CSS, xHTML, Flash and ActionScript 2 & 3 and holding a BA in Multimedia Production & Technology from the University of Plymouth, James is at the heart of our E-Learning development team.

John Gardiner

John is the latest addition to the HT2 development team and brings nearly a decade of experience in E-learning and Web Design to the company. Expert in Flash, including ActionScript, PHP, JScript and many other languages, John is just as skilled with Photoshop and a mouse as he is with Notepad and a keyboard!
