Learning Footprint
Much attention is currently paid to the carbon footprint we are leaving as both individuals and as businesses. But often the impact training and development has on this footprint is overlooked.
We think nothing of driving hundreds of miles to attend training seminars, or even flying in facilitators to take classes. But this is all adding up to the overall carbon impact an organisation has. One method of significantly reducing this impact can be the replacement of some classroom training with E-Learning and other online techniques.
