HT2 recognise that online learning often works best as a part of a "blend", bringing together the best elements of E-Learning and the timeless qualities of the classroom. HT2's knowledge and expertise in learning development has been garnered through years of both classroom and online training.
A real frustration is felt by us when we see offerings of E-Learning which are just "words on the screen" - this just gives the wrong impression completely.
For us E-Learning has to capture the imagination, it has to be used where appropriate and it has to be developed by experienced instructional designers.
We are constantly looking to push back the boundaries of how E-Learning looks, feels and works. Whilst we deliver nothing short of maximum quality we also look to deliver value for money, an all too rare feature of the E-Learning landscape.
And because we’re as environmentally conscious as you are, we help organisations to use E-Learning as a method of reducing their carbon footprint.
By replacing centralised classroom training with high quality online experiences, the carbon costs of training can be dramatically reduced. And of course, we’ll add up the carbon footprint of the E-Learning we provide and plant trees to offset its effects.
